And yet more!
Apr. 5th, 2013 11:55 am"Tattoo, What Tattoo?" was a fantastic episode, and "A Thing or Two About Loyalty" is shaping up wonderfully.
That loooong fight and all the bondage was definitely hot, but the dialogue and plot stuff mostly made sense, too. And Djaq and Marian continue being awesome, and the Sheriff mostly made sense...
I am happily impressed with the amount of attention given to economics and class...and then I wonder why that's surprising in a Robin Hood story.
Where is my Guy/Lambert? Or at least Guy & Lambert backstory...
I want to punch Robin several times in this episode.
Jesus, Guy, stop selling your soul piece by piece...
Aaaaaaahhh! All the Much feels!
Ok, Gisborne, Imma break this down for you: You are not smart and sneaky enough to be evil. It doesn't matter how much of your soul you sell; you will never come out on top. You should join the other team because they have more patience for weakness. And because the Sheriff is an abusive fuck. Pretty sure the other team knows about safewords and stuff. You can have all the humiliation and manipulation and denial and whatever else floats your boat without the burning off part of your arm and destroying your love life.
I am so not on Team Lambert. Power is power and knowledge is knowledge and you don't get to control whether it leads to good or evil. Nobody does.
