lonesparkThis is a no-magic modern AU where Dr. Viren is a professor researching scary questionably ethical bionanotech(?) weapons & countermeasures at Katolis University.
Dr. Harrow is recently separated from his military wife and struggling to balance family & a new job as a history professor.
It's friendship at first meeting, but as their relationship grows, Viren has to confront the conflict between his life's work and the kind of future Harrow thinks is worth any sacrifice.
aka my several times abandoned once-and-future Nano project & attempt to write something like a slowburn that kind of almost has a plot or a theme or something
