lonesparkI have read SO MUCH HET FIC in the last week, y'all. More than...well, ever, AFAIK. I have recs, I suppose, but I shan't make them at this time since that would take time away from reading ALL THE FIC.
Things I want:
All the Night-Watchman fic ever. Identity porn. Some thing where TNW is a cheeky superhero who romances somebody. I could see it being one of those things where "Lady Marian is nice and lovely and I'm going to marry her...but this Night Watchperson has swept me off my feet and I think of her when I should be thinking of Marian..." She's like Spiderman! And Zorro! I think of it being with Guy because I don't think of anyone else convenient. Obviously it could be Robin but that ship never works for me.
More fic where Marian and Robin either get the fuck over each other or just have a more sibling-y relationship, and they run around being badass outlaws and trying to show each other up.
All the Marian/Djaq forever.
And so forth.

And actually, ain't nothing wrong with Marian/Djaq/Will, from my perspective. (They can have their own spinoff series, and Bassam will be there all the time. And the maid/spy can have a redemption arc...)

Date: 2014-11-27 07:38 am (UTC)thank you, gentlebeing, i appreciate your enthusiasm. I am sorry I have taken so long to reply to this, i kind of forgot about RH for a while but now i want to get back into it with a vengeance bc Maz, Djaq, Will, and just the awesome of those three in their own ways.

Maz/Djaq/Will is indeed awesome and there is nothing wrong with it. I never actually considered Maz/Djaq/Will before this, i always went the "Djaq and her two boys" OT3 route of Will/Djaq/Allan instead bc fandom seems to like that somewhat so it just kind of happened instead of the "Maz and Djaq and their carpenter boy" OT3 route. Now i want to do an AU beginning from the mid point of Season 2 and continuing on into Season 3's unexplored territory, namely Will and Djaq's life after deciding to stay in the Holy Land(aka spin off series starting point), but with more Maz and a wonderful, uncle-like, accepting of Djaq's unconventional choices Bassam and a redemption arc for the maid/spy. And maybe even an appearance by Queen (Mother) Eleanor somehow somewhere down the line. And of course at that point, we get at least a Little John cameo because i can't resist reuniting the Queen Mother with her "Big Bear", lol..... Okay, december meme is getting a day's topic self-decided and it's headcanonning/summary for my Maz/Djaq/Will Holy Land Adventures AU with credit to you for your part in world building and idea giving. (Bassam being. There. All. The. Time. Redemption. Arc. For. The. Maid!Spy.)
ETA: Actually doing headcanon-y/summary type thing on this for dec 10th of my December + days talking meme post. If you want to give me more RH related prompts, i would love that.
